Our kites are guaranteed against every fault or production defect. Each defective item , which has been not used , will be exchanged or repaid after a check up in our factory .A defective item which has been used will be repaired or exchanged after check up , but will be not repaid .After sale service :
The first repair of our kites is free of charge . Have a look to " After Sale Service " , on this web site , to know the return processAvailability - Delay :
The items are available from stock , excepted sold meanwhile , and are dispatched within two opened days . If an item is unfortunatly not available , w'll proceed to a partial dispatching , and w'll get in touch with you . The remainder items will be delayed , repaid with a bank check , or replaced with an other item fromyour choice .
Prices :
The prices are the prices or promotionnal prices of the web site at the time of your order . These prices are actualized regularly and can move up or down.
The prices are including V.A.T. If you need an invoice form with the mention of the V.A.T. , pleased ask us , w'll join it to the dispatching.
Exchange - Return :
If you are not satisfied with an item , within the 7 days after the delivery time , take in touch with us by E-mail , phone or Fax , and give us the return reason and your delivery number . W'll give you then a return number .
This returned item has to be as new , not been used , and sent back complete in its original packing with the return number mention.

Colors :
All our kites are realised with many colors , and the web site colors are not contractual.
Only the white and the black colors are allways at the same place , and all the other colors are the red , blue , yellow , green and orange .
When you are making a kite order, if you have got any colors preference , tell us it . W'll make our possible to respect your wishes according the available stock .
If you have got a colors requirement , tell us it . If your colors are not available , w'll get in touch with you .
Carriadge costs :
· European Union , Switzerland : 10 € contract price , whatever the amount of the order may be .
· Other countries : ask us before by E-mail , w'll give you the amount by return .
Delivery :
Our dispacthing are made by post or carrier . When you are receiving the packing , may be sure the items are in good order . If the packing or an item is out of order or missing , immediatly report this fact on the delivery note . Then inform the carrier within 2 days with a registered letter , and send us a copy .
Payment :
· Web securized payment with a credit card : the payment will be made with the securised site of our bank ( Crédit Agricole ) . All our card numbers are ciphered , protected and read only by the bank .
· Phone or Fax payment : after you have validated your caddy , click on " other payment " . You have got then an order number and an amount order . You can then contact us by phone or mail and give us your credit card numbers and validity date .
· Cheque payment : after you have validated your caddy , click on " other payment " . You have got then an order number and an amount order . You can send us by post a cheque with your order number .

If you are wanting to rectify or suppress any data about you , you can ask us .
Jurisdiction place :
In case of any lawsuit , the french law will be used , and the jurisdiction place will be the french court of Saint Brieuc .
Free of charge repair :
We pick up the fare of the first kite repair, excepted the consumables ( spars , lines or elastic-fuses ) what could be the reason of an undeliberate crash .
The kite is repaired in our factory , then returned free of charge to your home or the mentioned address .
You have only to pay the cost to send back your kite to our factory , but a kite can be sent without any problem by post for a low cost .
If your kite is one more time out of use , we can repair it , but w'll send you before a quotation .
The free repair is not available for the kite decrepitude or wear out .
Adjustment or flying test :
When a beginner does not succeed to fly a kite ( bad wind conditions - inexperience - or others ) , he tries to arrange himself the machine , then to adjust or test the kite with a friend of him , kite flyer no so competent , and the kite doesn't work ...
You can send the kite to our factory , with your address . W'll adjust it , test it , and send it back free of charge with the test report .
